Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identification of the Removed Material: A description of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Your Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A Statement of Good Faith: A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- A Statement of Consent: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the federal district courts located in Abuja, Nigeria if your address is outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Electronic or Physical Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
Policy on Repeat Infringers
Swiftly.ng reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
